Mehmet Serdar Bakirci

Mehmet Serdar Bakirci, PMP, has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Production Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since January 2011. In various roles including Plant Optimization Manager and Business Center Manager, Mehmet leads performance and sets objectives to achieve plant goals related to safety, cost, quality, waste, delivery, and inventory while aligning with long-term operational strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Expert Engineer, Project Engineer, and Quality System Engineer at Pirelli Group Steelcord from 2003 to 2008. Mehmet holds a Master of Business Administration in International Quality Management from Marmara University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Kocaeli University, along with relevant certifications from the Project Management Institute and completion of a hazwoper course.
