Mike Deluca

Mike DeLuca is an experienced engineering and project management professional currently serving as the Director of Global Capital Project Management at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 1997. DeLuca leads a project management team responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 50 global capital investment projects within Goodyear's manufacturing network. Previous roles include Director of Global Facilities Planning, Senior Manager of Global Facilities Planning, and Engineering/Maintenance Workstream Leader, each contributing to the development and execution of capital projects across multiple regions. DeLuca also held significant positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) from 1989 to 1997, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and managing customer support at automated assembly facilities. DeLuca holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
