Miroljub (Misa) Petkovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales technical leadership and training development within the automotive and tire industries. Currently serving as the Sales Technical Lead and Sales Enablement Leader at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since March 2004, Miroljub specializes in enhancing technical and sales skills across multiple countries, including Ukraine, Greece, and Serbia. With certifications in Sandler Sales Methodology and Inside Out Coaching, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Miroljub has held various management roles focusing on team development, maintenance management, and technical system diagnostics. Previous positions include Manager at Public Transport Belgrade, overseeing a fleet of 255 vehicles, and Research Assistant at DMB, contributing to the development of new transmissions. Notable achievements include the design of electronic testing tools for engines and a significant reduction in maintenance costs for the motor pool in Belgrade.
