Pablo Sinisterra

Pablo Sinisterra has extensive experience in quality management and technical leadership within The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 2009, serving in various roles including Quality Manager for the Thailand and Danville plants, Quality and Technology Manager for the Chile plant, and Start-up Manager for the China plant, where a technical team was developed to ensure product quality and new product development. Prior to these positions, Pablo held the role of Technology Team Leader at the company from June 2006 to 2008. Pablo Sinisterra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidad del Valle and a BA in Business from Javeriana University.
