Abhi Prasad is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience across leading tech companies, including ServiceNow and Freshworks, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving product success. Prior roles include managing customer success at Zenoti and product management at OnePlus, showcasing a commitment to customer adoption and retention. Abhi co-founded and served as COO of Triptify Parathas, a successful cloud kitchen, and has held project leadership positions in customer experience at MIX, collaborating with major international organizations. Abhi holds an MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.
