Agnieszka Kiona

Agnieszka Kiona is an accomplished Senior Manager at Google, with extensive experience in HR Operations and team management since joining the company in March 2007. Key accomplishments include overseeing global email support for approximately 100,000 employees and leading HR initiatives for the LatAm region. Agnieszka has also played a pivotal role in transforming hiring processes during the pandemic. Previous roles at Google include managing operations for various consumer and ad platforms and providing strategic support for small business solutions in Poland. Prior to Google, Agnieszka served as Export Director's Assistant at Solaris Bus & Coach, managing reports and sales coordination, and completed a traineeship in guest relations at Taj Hotels. Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Poznan University of Economics and has participated in the Erasmus Programme at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
