Cyrille Raould Mbom

Cyrille Raould MBOM is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Operations at MTN Cameroon since February 2025, Cyrille oversees key areas including recruitment, employee relations, health and safety, administration, and protocol. Prior to this, positions included Acting Head of Human Resources at MTN Guinée, Senior Manager of Capabilities and Learning at MTN, and Talent Manager at Nestlé-Cameroon, among others. With a Master's in Business Law and a Master's in Human Resources Management, Cyrille has also completed the Advanced Executive Leadership Programme at Duke Corporate Education, further enhancing expertise in leadership and strategy.
