Ajit Nambiar

Ajit Nambiar is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Google since January 2009. Nambiar leads compensation for various functional groups within Google, including Tech, Sales, YouTube, G&A, Google Cloud, and has also focused on international compensation for regions such as APAC, EMEA, and Latin America. Prior to Google, Nambiar held several roles at Mercer, including Principal & Business Leader for the Singapore and APAC Regional Office, where significant revenue growth and profitability were achieved. Nambiar's career began at Aditya Birla Group as a Dy. Manager in Human Resources, complemented by a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College.
