Alaina Gaines has extensive experience in educational development and staffing operations. Alaina began a career in education at the NYC Department of Education, teaching 1st-4th grade students in various settings. Following that, Alaina served as a Teacher/Corps Member with Teach For America, where responsibilities included coaching and management of corps members, and analyzing student performance data. Alaina progressed to roles such as Manager of Teacher Leadership Development and Training Academy Director with TNTP Teaching Fellows, focusing on teacher development and performance interventions. Alaina has also held mentoring roles with iMentor, involved in technology-based mentoring, and served in multiple capacities at Google since 2018, culminating in the role of Staffing Operations Lead, showcasing a strong commitment to educational excellence and team leadership.
