Anastasia "Stasi" Brown, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, having held notable positions at various high-profile companies. Beginning as a Cost and Labor Accounting Analyst at General Dynamics Land Systems, Stasi implemented a timecard system and conducted cost analyses, earning recognition for exceeding expectations. Subsequently, Stasi served as a Senior Cost Accountant at Johnson Controls and a Senior Financial Analyst at Meritor Automotive, developing pricing strategies and valuation systems. At General Motors, Stasi was the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for GM Canada, overseeing accounting operations and a team of 15 employees, and also directed the Global SOX Program. Stasi continued roles in internal controls and compliance at Google before joining the Silicon Valley Education Foundation as a Board Member and Chairperson. Stasi holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Michigan and a BS in Accounting from Oakland University.
