Avanthi Maharaj possesses extensive human resources experience with a focus on strategic HR leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Market HR Cluster Head for Southern and Central Africa at Google since September 2019, Avanthi has previously held senior HR roles at CitiBank SA and MasterCard, where responsibilities included providing full HR support and implementing comprehensive HR strategies.
