Benita Lee is a seasoned legal professional based in Singapore, currently serving as Google's lead counsel for data center development in the APAC region. With a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) earned magna cum laude from Singapore Management University, Benita began their career in private practice, specializing in infrastructure and energy law at prestigious firms like Rajah & Tann and Hogan Lovells. Over more than a decade, they have advised on significant projects, including public-private partnerships and energy agreements across multiple countries. Recognized in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist and the SG Women in Tech List, Benita is also an active mentor and speaker, contributing to various causes that matter to them.
