Brian Bordenave, MS-RECM, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in site negotiation, acquisition, and development. Currently serving as a Data Center Site Negotiator at Google since October 2025, Brian previously held the position of Global Real Estate Manager at Ball Corporation, where responsibilities included revamping the site selection process for manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America. Prior roles include Director of Global Corporate Services at Newmark, where management of substantial real estate portfolios and transactions was key, as well as experience as an Asset Management & Acquisitions Analyst at McCormack Baron Companies and as a Small Business Specialist at Citi. Brian holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Journalism & Communication from the University of Oregon.
