Brian Delahunty

Brian Delahunty is a seasoned technology leader with a robust background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Google, Brian leads AI Agent Engineering within Cloud AI. Prior to this role, Brian was the Head of Engineering at Anthropic, where significant contributions included launching the Claude 3 model family, achieving over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue in less than a year. Experience also includes serving as VP of Engineering at Nearside, where customer growth surged twelvefold in 18 months, and as Head of Engineering and Seattle Site Lead at Stripe, where Brian established the Traffic and Reliability organizations. Brian’s career began as a Lead Software Architect at nearForm, delivering Node.js development and consulting. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing and an ACA in Accounting, both from Waterford Institute of Technology.
