Christine L. has extensive experience in executive recruiting and organizational consulting, having held significant positions at notable firms. At Heidrick & Struggles from 2011 to 2013, Christine served as Engagement Manager within the Consumer practice, overseeing search execution in APAC and the US. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Egon Zehnder International from 2006 to 2010, where responsibilities included successful client hires in various sectors across emerging markets. Most recently, Christine has been with Russell Reynolds Associates from 2014 to 2021 as Research Director and Managing Lead, focusing on CXO and advisory roles, and was honored with the 2018 CEO Award. In 2025, Christine joined Google as APAC Head of Leadership Hiring, facilitating staffing within commercial and advisory functions, alongside leadership hiring across the Asia Pacific region.
