Deema Alkharrat

Deema Alkharrat has extensive experience in human resources and talent engagement, currently serving as a People Engagement Partner and Chief of Staff at Google since April 2016, after previously holding the position of Sourcing Recruiter. Prior to Google, Deema worked at CenturyLink as an HR Analyst and Coordinator from July 2015 to April 2016. Deema holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2016 and 2017, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, completed in 2015.
