Donna Vacondios

Donna Vacondios has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, starting as a Recruitment Consultant at Command Recruitment from September 2003 to October 2004. Following this role, Donna worked at Randstad as a Recruitment Consultant from November 2004 to November 2005, then transitioned to Talent2 as an Onsite Recruitment Consultant - Managed Services from December 2005 to December 2007. Donna progressed to ORBITZ, serving as an HR Consultant for the Asia Pacific region from January 2008 to June 2011, focusing on generalist HR functions, learning and development, recruitment, and workers compensation. Subsequently, Donna held significant roles at Unisys from June 2013 to August 2014, including Regional HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. From August 2014 to December 2015, Donna advanced to various leadership positions at Google, ultimately becoming Director of People Operations, specializing in HR compliance strategy and design for the APAC and EMEA regions.
