Dr. Felicia Guity, DBA, currently serves as the Global General Manager for Coursera for Business, focusing on strategy and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As Chief Operating Officer at Google Cloud, Dr. Guity leads operations within Systems Reliability Engineering, driving technical and organizational programs. Dr. Guity has extensive entrepreneurial experience as the CEO and Founder of Unlimited Performance LLC, dedicated to developing current and future leaders through education and training. Previous roles include leadership positions at Amazon, Citrix, and multiple tenures at Microsoft, where Dr. Guity developed marketing strategies and partnerships that significantly impacted revenue streams.
