Dustin Wiese

Dustin Wiese currently serves as the Global Head of People Experience for Recruiting & Compensation, as well as the Global Head of Hiring Design & Technology, and the Global Head of Recruiting for Google Cloud Platform, roles held since April 2020 at Google. Prior to this, Wiese was the VP and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for SAP Cloud Businesses and Technology, overseeing recruiting teams and strategies from April 2016 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes positions as VP of Talent Acquisition Programs and Planning at SAP, Head of Global Talent Acquisition Programs and Planning, Senior HR Business Partner at Concur Technologies, and HR Business Partner at The Attachmate Group. Wiese began a career in human resources at Microsoft through Kelly Services, supporting HR functions. Wiese earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Seattle University in 2007.
