Eddiana Rosen is an Employee Relations Partner at Google since September 2021, responsible for addressing employee relations concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Previously, Eddiana held roles as a Technical Recruiter at Google, focusing on hiring for engineering positions, and as the Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Manager at MALKA, where key achievements included developing HR policies and managing talent acquisition. Eddiana's background also includes significant experience at Univision Communications Inc., where roles included Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist and Coordinator, along with a position as a Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual. Eddiana began the HR journey at Manhattan College as a Program Coordinator and Recruiter.
