Marissa Kang

Marissa Kang is an accomplished professional in employee relations, currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Gusto since September 2022. Prior to this role, Marissa worked at Tesla as a Staff Employee Relations Partner from November 2021 to June 2022. Marissa's extensive experience in employee relations also includes a significant tenure at New York City Transit, where roles included Director of EEO Investigations, EEO Investigator, and Law Fellow from September 2013 to November 2021. Academically, Marissa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Johns Hopkins University.
