Emem Adjah is an accomplished leader in digital monetization with extensive experience in high-level roles across prominent technology companies. Emem served as the Global Head of YouTube Monetization & Auction Excellence (YT MAX) and Global Head of Ads Quality at Google from May 2022 to July 2024. Prior to this, Emem held the position of Senior Manager, Monetization Strategy at LinkedIn from July 2021 to May 2022. Emem's career also includes significant roles at Spotify as Global Head of Monetization from March 2017 to May 2021, Revenue Operations at Snap Inc. from January 2016 to January 2017, and Exchange Analytics (MoPub) for International (EMEA & APAC) at Twitter from November 2013 to November 2015. Emem earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business (Chinese) from Northeastern University and completed the Summer Venture in Management Program at Harvard Business School.
