Erica Stanley

Erica Stanley is an accomplished technology leader and advocate for women in tech, currently serving as a Scout Network Fellow at BLCK VC since July 2022, where efforts focus on empowering Black scouts and angel investors. As a co-founder of REFACTR.TECH and a founder of the Atlanta Women Who Code Network, Erica has significantly contributed to the growth of local tech communities, expanding the Atlanta Women Who Code Network from zero to over 5,000 members. Erica's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Google, where responsibilities encompassed engineering management across various teams, and positions at Mozilla, where contributions involved general management and senior engineering. With a strong educational background in computer science from Clark Atlanta University and post-graduate studies at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Erica continues to influence the tech landscape through mentoring and strategic advisory roles.
