Eugenia Lostri has an extensive background in strategic technologies and international relations, highlighted by experience at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from October 2021 to October 2022, where roles included Associate Fellow and Research Associate within the Strategic Technologies Program. Prior experience includes advisory positions in the Government of the City of Buenos Aires and the Secretariat for Strategic Affairs at the Argentine Presidency. Currently, Eugenia serves as a Fellow in Technology Policy and Law at The Lawfare Institute, while also holding a position as a Senior Security Analyst at Google since April 2025. Educational qualifications include a J.D. equivalent from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and an LL.M in International Law from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
