Fernanda Augusta Braga

Fernanda Augusta Braga is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Formal Verification Engineer at Google since July 2020. Prior to this role, Fernanda worked at Cadence Design Systems from June 2014 to July 2020, where positions included Lead Product Engineer, Product Engineer II, Product Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these roles, Fernanda focused on the JasperGold Formal Verification Platform, driving the development of key features and enhancing business success through effective solutions and training materials. Earlier experiences include internships at Jasper Design Automation and Amazon Lab126, along with undergraduate research at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a brief role as a waitress and cashier. Fernanda holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Santa Clara University and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
