Georgia Paine

Georgia (Dealey) Paine currently serves as the Director of Product Operations for Google Workspace, a role started in August 2023. Prior to this, Georgia held various leadership positions at YouTube from 2017 to August 2023, including Director and Global Enforcement Lead for YouTube Trust & Safety, as well as serving as Strategy and Operations Principal and Chief of Staff. Georgia's earlier experience at Google from 2011 to 2017 includes roles such as Manager and City Launch Manager for Google Fiber, overseeing market entry and expansion efforts in multiple cities, and Technical Project Manager in Customer Operations, where Georgia developed service delivery models. Georgia began the career as an Account Manager for AdWords, achieving significant client growth. Georgia holds a BS in Advertising with Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
