Grace King has extensive experience in program management and guest experience across various organizations. At Google, Grace currently serves as a Program Manager in Mastery since April 2025. Previously, an impactful role at REI involved positions as Program Manager for Strategy & Planning and Project Manager for Growth Strategy & Operations from September 2023 to March 2025. Grace also developed skills in guest experience while working at National Geographic from May 2018 to March 2020, progressing from Coordinator to Supervisor, and later to Trip Development Manager. Earlier professional experiences include a brief internship at GA Communication Group in June 2013 and a role as English Second Language Teacher with CIEE from October 2015 to October 2016. Grace's career began as an English Coach at OEG in mid-2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Art History from Indiana University Bloomington and a degree in Central European Studies, Communication and Media Studies from Charles University in Prague.
