Harsha Nandi

Harsha Nandi is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Director and Program Manager at Google since February 2013, Harsha manages a team of over 25 software developers in Bangalore, India, focusing on people management, engineering strategy, and execution. Prior to Google, Harsha held several prominent roles at General Electric, including Senior Engineering Manager at GE Healthcare and Business Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a large program release with cross-functional teams. Harsha began professional journey in GE Corporate as part of the Information Management Leadership Program. Educational credentials include a PGDM in Information Technology and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
