Heidi Toussaint has a robust background in user experience and engineering, with experience at leading companies in the tech industry. Heidi began as a Field Engineer at GE Healthcare from July 2003 to July 2005, followed by a role as a DevOps Engineer at Boeing until February 2007. Heidi advanced in the field of user experience through positions at Microsoft, including a UX Researcher Intern in 2010, a User Experience Researcher from December 2010 to June 2011, and subsequently as a Sr. User Experience Researcher. From July 2011 to February 2013, Heidi served as a Human Factors Researcher at Intel Corporation. Since May 2014, Heidi has held the position of UXR Lead & Manager at Google.
