Ines de Belsunce

Ines de Belsunce has extensive experience in risk and crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and public policy. Starting as a trainee in risk and crisis management at Total, Ines progressed to a Safety and Crisis Management Officer role within Total E&P Myanmar, where responsibilities included developing emergency response plans and training emergency response teams. Subsequent roles included Deputy Head of Stakeholder Engagement at Bouygues Telecom, focusing on 5G rollout strategies, and Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Apollo Towers Myanmar, where strategies for telecommunication tower rollout and corporate social responsibility were implemented. Ines also served as a Civil Servant at the French Digital Agency, contributing to stakeholder engagement for the New Deal Program and is currently involved with Google’s Government Affairs and Public Policy team. Ines holds a Master's degree in Risk and Crisis Management and has a BA in European Social and Political Studies.
