Jie Zheng

Jie Zheng is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Google since June 2018, where notable responsibilities include leading cross-functional collaboration and mentoring junior engineers. Prior to Google, Jie worked at YouTube, contributing to transformative revenue distribution practices, and previously held positions at Oracle, where Jie designed APIs for predictive services and improved data persistence mechanisms. Jie's early career included web development at the University of Southern California and consultancy roles in the film industry, as well as internships at various technology firms, showcasing a strong foundation in software development and data analytics. Jie holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Central South University.
