Jim Hogan

Jim Hogan currently serves as Chief Innovation Evangelist and Principal Innovation Strategist at Google Cloud since June 2020, while also contributing as a Senior Board Member and Technology Advisor for NEXT for AUTISM. Previously, Jim held the position of Chief Architect for Government Cloud Platforms at Genesys, where the company is recognized for its customer engagement solutions. Other roles include Director of Architecture at BD, Director of Architecture & Advanced Solutions at Kaiser Permanente, and Distinguished Engineer at Verizon Enterprise Solutions. In addition to founding and leading two technology companies, Ventimo Corporation and ThinAgent.com, Jim has accumulated extensive experience in driving customer experience through innovative technology. Jim is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at Griffith University and has completed an Executive Program in Immunology at Harvard Medical School.
