Joana Libano Monteiro

Joana Libano Monteiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy and program management. Beginning as an M&A Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan, Joana advanced to a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Currently, Joana serves as Director of Business Program Management for Google Users & Products and previously held roles such as Global Head of Regulatory Governance & Reporting in Trust & Safety and Video Strategy & Operations Lead at Google. Recognized as one of the UK's top 10 Most Inspirational Leaders by the British LGBT Awards, Joana also mentors startups through Google for Startups EU and actively contributes to the Startups for Sustainable Development program. Joana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where first-year honors and the HBS Social Enterprise Scholarship were awarded, as well as a licenciatura and postgraduate degree in Business and Administration from Nova School of Business and Economics.
