Joe's background includes a role as Customer eXperience Cloud Application Sales Manager at Oracle, along with other senior positions focused on service delivery and advanced customer services. Additionally, Joe contributes to the academic community as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside CX Program.
