Judy Shu

Judy Shu is Senior Counsel at Google, where they lead a team providing legal support for Google Cloud’s Channel Partner organization and oversee the M&A practice group. They work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and operational issues that impact business strategy. Judy has significant experience in drafting and negotiating various agreements and had previously served as Corporate Counsel at Symantec Corporation, focusing on M&A and corporate governance. Earlier in their career, Judy was a trial attorney specializing in insurance defense and civil litigation at Doherty & Catlow. Judy earned a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
