Kari Pulli

Kari Pulli is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software and hardware architecture, particularly in machine learning and imaging technologies. Currently serving as the Director of Compute SW at Google since August 2020, Kari oversees a global team focused on developing software for the Edge TPU on Pixel. Prior roles include Director of ML HW Architecture at Google, CTO at Meta Co., and VP of Computing at Raxium, Inc., as well as various advisory positions across multiple companies. Academically, Kari holds advanced degrees in Computer Science, Management, and Economics from prestigious institutions, including a PhD from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Oulu.
