Kathryn Dekas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Google, having served in various senior leadership roles since October 2009, including Sr Director of People Operations for the Devices & Services Product Group. Kathryn's expertise encompasses leading people operations for hardware teams, shaping global work strategies, and implementing performance management systems. With a background in people analytics, Kathryn has directed research teams to enhance employee happiness and productivity, and has held significant roles at Qualcomm and Accenture. Kathryn holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.
