Lee Matthew Santos has extensive experience in both environmental health and safety operations and sports coaching. Since March 2015, Lee has been with Google in EHS Business Operations. Prior to that, a tenure at Santa Teresa High School spanned August 2010 to August 2023, where Lee served as the head coach for the varsity boys basketball team. Currently, Lee holds the position of JV head coach for the girl's basketball team at Menlo School, starting in November 2023. Additionally, from January 2012 to March 2015, Lee was part of the management and physical security team at Facebook, overseeing a team of 43 during day shifts. Lee has also been a licensed realtor with Alliance Bay Realty Inc. since January 2003. Educationally, Lee attended San Jose City College from 1991 to 1994.
