Lucas Petto

Lucas Petto is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in various industries, including technology and gaming. Currently serving as a Compensation Business Partner at Google since June 2022, Lucas supports Google Research & Labs, Platforms and Devices, and Core Engineering. Prior to this role, Lucas was a Compensation Business Partner at Snap Inc., and held several positions at Electronic Arts, including Manager of Global Compensation Programs and Senior Compensation Analyst. Key contributions to Redfin involved leading annual compensation planning and managing significant compensation programs.
