Manuel Verástegui has extensive experience in application support, operations engineering, and technical solutions management, with a career spanning several prestigious companies. From July 2014 to July 2016, Manuel served as Application Support Lead at CompuCom, focusing on team improvement and training. Following this, Manuel worked as Operations Engineer III at TeleTech before taking on the role of Application Support Engineering Lead at IPF Digital, where a global support model was established. As the Global Data and Measurements Manager at ABB from October 2017 to June 2021, Manuel led a team to enhance the global Measurements and Reporting framework.
