Matthew Peppers possesses a comprehensive background in geology and quantitative analysis, with experience spanning multiple sectors. Initially serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Matthew progressed to roles at Chesapeake Energy from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included operations in the Appalachian Basin and strategic initiatives for new projects in the Southern Division.
