Mauricio Delbracio

Senior Research Scientist

Mauricio Delbracio is an accomplished researcher and academic with extensive experience in computational imaging, generative models, machine learning, and inverse problems. Delbracio currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Staff Research Scientist at Google, following a tenure as a Senior Research Scientist from November 2019 to October 2020. Prior to this, Delbracio held postdoctoral positions at Duke University and École Normale Supérieure de Cachan. Delbracio's earlier roles include working as a Software Developer in the NGN & Integration Team at 3W S.A and as a Teacher and Research Assistant at Universidad de la República, focusing on areas such as signal and image processing, applied mathematics, and computer graphics. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Applied Mathematics and two Master's degrees in Applied Maths and Electrical Engineering, from École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay and Universidad de la República, respectively.
