Michael William Way AIA is an accomplished architect and project manager with extensive experience in various sectors of architecture, including commercial, residential, and mission-critical projects. Michael began a professional career as a carpenter after completing a four-year Union Carpentry Apprenticeship Program, later advancing to significant architectural roles at prestigious firms such as Flynn, Craig + Grant Architects and M. Arthur Gensler Jr. and Associates. Notably, Michael has served as a Global Program Architect at Google, focusing on data center engineering. Education includes a BA with Highest Honors in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Michael is also a Vietnam veteran, having honorably served in the US Marine Corps.
