Nadila Y.

Nadila Y. is an experienced educator and program manager with a strong focus on equity in higher education and recruitment. Currently serving as the Hiring Equity Program Manager for Executive Recruitment at Google since October 2021, Nadila previously held multiple leadership roles at KIPP Foundation, including Senior Manager of Postsecondary Innovation and Equity and Manager of College Success. Prior experience also includes positions at College Track, where Nadila served as College Completion Director, and Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America as Director of College Guidance, achieving a 100% matriculation rate for high-achieving students. Additional contributions include consulting for the Sadie Nash Leadership Project and teaching as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Bangladesh. Nadila holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wheaton College.
