Oliver Wang is currently a Principal Scientist at Google DeepMind, focusing on GenAI, specifically the Imagen and Veo models. They previously served as a Research Scientist at Adobe from 2015 to 2023, where they developed features for various products and co-led the research for Adobe Firefly. Oliver has also held roles as a Research Scientist at Disney Research and completed internships at Hewlett-Packard and Lucasfilm. They conducted research as a Guest Researcher at the Max Planck Institute and earned a BA in Computer Science from Cornell University, followed by an MS and PhD in Computer Science from UC Santa Cruz.
