Patrice Jones-Washington

Patrice Jones-Washington, MPA, ACC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Grow with Google Partner since 2021, Patrice delivers professional development sessions on diverse topics related to Google's tools and strategies. As a Learning Officer for the US Federal Government since July 2019, responsibilities include overseeing training and development initiatives. Patrice previously directed the Young Government Leaders Mentoring Program from November 2021 to August 2022 and completed the AAFEA Fellows Program in 2020, which aims to support African Americans in federal executive roles. With a background as a Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Justice and a Federal Internal Coach, Patrice has a proven track record in leadership coaching and program development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Bowie State University, with further studies at George Mason University.
