Pavithra Kanakarajan

Pavithra Kanakarajan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and technical program management, currently serving as Director of Product Management at Google since December 2012, contributing significantly to the Google Maps Platform team. Prior to this role, Pavithra held various positions at Google, including Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, and was involved in Google Map Maker and its features. Earlier career experiences include managing the World-wide Abuse Prevention Program at Amazon, leading strategic initiatives for ibibo.com’s gaming platform, and contributing to Windows security updates at Microsoft. Pavithra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian School of Business and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University.
