Qinhua Wang has extensive experience in technology and business analytics, having worked as a Manager in Strategic Programs & Service Operations at Alibaba Cloud from November 2016 to November 2019, where Qinhua led initiatives to enhance service data management and customer feedback processing. Prior to this, Qinhua spent time at IBM as a Senior Research Staff Member, managing R&D efforts focused on data analytics and process optimization.
