Rachael Heeney is currently the Chief of Staff for People Experience at Google. They started their career as a Senior Marketing Executive at Fitzwilliam Institute Group in 2007 before moving to Google in 2018. During their tenure at Google, Rachael held various roles, including Manager of Global Customer Care and Head of EMEA Policy for Global Customer Care. They have also served as Business Operations Lead for Chief of Staff, Googler Experience EMEA, among other positions. Rachael obtained a Master of Business Studies from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from NUI Galway.
