Rachel Beal

Rachel Beal is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Data Scientist and Product Analyst in the Pixel Business Unit team at Google since November 2022. Prior to this, Rachel was the Lead Data Scientist for the Onboarding product team at Square from September 2021 to November 2022. Rachel has also held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Macy's, where contributions included guiding experimental design for CRM strategies and enhancing modeling techniques. Earlier experience includes a Data Science Fellowship at Insight Data Science, a Postdoctoral Researcher role at Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Lightsource, and a Graduate Student position at Stanford University, where research focused on photovoltaic materials for solar cells. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Materials Science Engineering from Stanford University and a BA in Materials Science from Northwestern University.
